Mark Weinzierl
Chairman
Mr. Weinzierl most recently served as Chairman of Anelto, Inc. (a Zackat company). Anelto was acquired by Connect America, one of the largest providers of PERS and remote healthcare. Prior to Anelto, Mr. Weinzierl was Founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of Enfora, Inc., a company focused on wireless machine to machine, IOT (Internet of Things), solutions which was sold to Novatel Wireless (NASDAQ:MIFI) in 2010. Prior to Enfora, Mr. Weinzierl was Executive Vice President of Inet Technologies, co-founder and a key member of management that lead the company through its successful IPO in May 1999. Mr. Weinzierl graduated from Iowa State University in 1986 with a degree in electrical/computer engineering and attended the University of Texas at Dallas MBA program.
Richard Roberson
President & COO
Ric Roberson joined Zackat as President/COO on February, 2012. Ric has 30 years of experience in business and finance. He currently serves as CFO of Anelto, Inc. Prior to Anelto, he spent time as senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer with Energy Education, Inc. from March 2011 through February, 2012. Ric’s career has been defined in helping companies through transitional periods building platforms to sustain growth. These include restructuring activities at both Geos Communications, Inc. and Comptel Telcom Assets, LP ( Excel Telecommunications). Prior to Excel, Ric served as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and a Director of Enfora, Inc from 1999 to 2008 where he was a key contributor in growing Enfora from start-up to a mature leader in the wireless data communications space. Prior to Enfora, Ric was Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and a Director of IWL Communications, Inc. from 1996 to 1998. While at IWL, he completed the company’s IPO and was involved in substantial merger and acquisition activity, including the sale of the company to Caprock Communications in 1998. Ric’s career also includes public accounting and enterprise leadership experience prior to joining IWL. Ric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
